Strength Training

I teach strength training at both the Bishop Strength gym on Willow St. and at Hummingbird Movement Collective on Main St. These classes are suitable for beginners and experienced lifters who like to be in a class. I am very accustomed to working with complicated injury histories and osteoporosis, so don't that stop you.  The programming is simple with a focus on safety, comfortable progression, and building strength & bone density.
