Pilates Classes
I teach Pilates 5 days a week at Hummingbird Movement Collective.
GentleFlow classes are suitable for beginners, those who prefer to move at a relaxed pace, or may have concerns such as osteoporosis or injury recovery.
Dynamicflow classes are more fast paced and athletic.
